We want our customers to be happy. Our products are of good quality. However, we still give our customers time to see and evaluate the products when it comes to them.
If you are not 100% completely satisfied then just call in and we will be happy to help you. If we cannot resolve the problem then we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN#)to return the product to us. Just follow the directions to return goods. Please make sure the goods are unused and are in its original packaging.
We will issue you a refund, exchange or credit on our discretion upon return of the product. In case of refund we will be happy to return money 100%.
Depending on the situation we will deduct the shipping charge from the refund.
